Broad Beach is a luxuriously decorated three level house on a private beach. Built on a grassy hill on the edge of the beach, which can be accessed by a short flight of steps on the side of the house. The beach itself is safe, beautiful and very large. Perfect for picnics, or exploring for children and adults alike. This magnificent house is fully equipped with everything needed for a truly memorable vacation. There are 6 bedrooms, three on the top floor and three on the ground floor. The king size master has a fireplace, private terrace overlooking the beach ,walk in closet and stunning bathroom. The other two full size bedrooms on the top floor also have elegant en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, are two “Ralph Lauren” blue and white queen bedrooms as well as a sofa in the sitting room that makes into a queen size bed. A child can also sleep on the daybed in the office adjacent to one of the bedrooms. The screening room is also on this floor as well as the 4 person jacuzzi and sitting area on the large deck overlooking the ocean. One enters the house into the tastefully designed open plan living/ dining room with gourmet cooks kitchen. Large veranda doors open up onto the magnificent deck with out door dining table, comfortable lounge chairs and a gas BBQ. Both the decks allow for easy entertaining–a private chef and catering are available. Easy parking on street and drive way. Summer scene with celebrities, parties and people watching.
