The Master suite is on the main level, and there are two guest bedrooms, plus living room and family room. The villa features high ceilings which open up to the magical backyard with heated pool & spa area which also has a slide, built-in fire pit & BBQ.

There are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with mountain views.  All of the furniture, bedding, kitchenware, TV’s, are all brand new.  Enjoy Apple TV in the family room with theatre surround sound.  Every bedroom is connected to the internet with a brand new smart TV.  Listen to music with Sonos speakers throughout and in every bedroom.

Guests are welcome to use our brand new beach cruiser bikes.  All bikes come with helmets and locks. There are also 2 inflatable paddle boards.
