Zen Beach house is perfectly situated to both the shops and restaurants of Malibu, Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades, with easy access to Malibu/Santa Monica Piers. The gated property is very private with steps down through a lush Japanese garden, past the guest house to the main house on the sand.

It has a cozy living room, fireplace and flatscreen TV, an extensive library of movies, fully-equipped hand carved teak kitchen, sitting room with 3 single beds/sofas and rock formed walk-in shower (practical after the beach). There is a spacious king-size master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk- in closets. A sun room overlooking the ocean provides comfortable seating during the day while a double bed can sleep 1 at night.

The guest house provides a private queen bed and shower bathroom complete with flatscreen TV and ocean views, perfect for a nanny or a guest wanting more privacy. The deck overlooking the ocean extends the length of the house and can be entered from inside through teak-framed French doors.

There are deck and lounge chairs to soak up the sun and hear the crashing waves below. To the side of the house is a succulent garden and koi pond as well as BBQ and sitting area with gate leading to the beach.
